Dr. Scott Overholser Goes Beyond Working with Teeth
Dr. Scott Overholser DDS veers away from the traditional concept of dentistry in a sense that he makes use of client-based approach. As such, he sees the two sides of dentistry – the dental problems and the patients who suffer from them.
Dr. Scott Overholser DDS understands that the satisfaction of the clients is just as important as fixing a tooth or two. Thus, he makes it a point that their needs, outside their oral health needs, are fully addressed, and that their expectations are met.
Dr. Scott Overholser engages his patients in conversations and takes the time to familiarize himself with their concerns. He also answers his patients’ questions and concerns and sees to it that they are well-guided in how the procedures work. In addition, he goes the extra mile to guarantee that the procedure will be as painless as possible for his clients. As one of his clients said: “Dr. Overholser is the perfect dentist…You can tell that he cares about getting to know every patient and he makes every effort to make sure you have everything you need.”
Even during consultation, Dr. Scott Overholser DDS gives his full attention to his prospective patients. “Patients don’t exit the office in frustration after being in consultation with him,” remembers Dr. Gary McClary, a colleague.
